We crafted this delicous bar to capture all the cozy richness of a favorite beverage, Mexican Hot Chocolate! Using a mixture of sweet Saigon and fragrant Ceylon cinnamon, we add a pinch of ancho chili, a dash of cayenne pepper, and a trace of citrusy ginger. We finish it off with flecks of crunchy butter toffee for a rich, complex bar with a bit of sweet and a hint of heat.
